S. Ron Alikani is a founding partner of Irvine Law Group, LLP and brings a diverse professional background to our firm. Mr.
Alikani has over 18 years of experience handling transactional and complex legal
matters in state and federal courts.
Mr. Alikani was the investigating attorney and class counsel in a class action filed against Ford Motor Company over premature wear and tear of front brake pads and rotors of 2000 & 2001 Ford Focus. He and his co-counsels conducted extensive discovery that turned up evidence of the company’s awareness of the defect. The case settled after 6 years of hard legal battle, and the settlement provided for a full refund of all labor and material costs with no cap or reduction to class members.
Mr. Alikani welcomes challenging cases. He successfully tried and prevailed on appeal in a dispute over ownership of a multi-unit property where other attorneys had refused to accept his clients’ case. His clients’ name never appeared on the title of the property, but trial and appellate court agreed there was a substantial evidence that Mr. Alikani’s clients owned 50% of the property. Mr. Alikani was part of legal teams in several high profile and complex cases involving prevailing wage, insurance fraud and export violations with local and international media coverage.
Mr. Alikani conducted his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at California State University, Northridge. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law.

He also designed and programmed our firm’s website in his free time. Mr. Alikani's passion for problem-solving has led him to expand his practice to mediation. Mr. Alikani is a HarvardLaw School trained mediator and has been able to help parties to reach a
